22 de July de 202212:00h
The Victoria de los Ángeles Foundation has presented the programme for the 10th edition of the LIFE Victoria Festival. From September to February, the event will once again bring to Barcelona the most outstanding representatives of the lyrical genre, without neglecting the projection and training of young performers. The Sala Domènech y Montaner at the Art Nouveau Site will be the venue for most of the recitals.
LIFE Victoria 22 dedicates its 10th anniversary programme to time, the passing of time and nostalgia, one of the constants of Lieder’s production. This new edition of LIFE Victoria will feature renowned voices such as Fatma Said, Kate Lindsey, Adriana González, Anne Schwanewilms and Sarah Connolly. Compositions by Richard Strauss and Gustav Mahler will be especially important.
The festival has programmed a total of 18 recitals to celebrate the tenth anniversary of LIFE Victoria and, at the same time, the fifteenth anniversary of the Victoria Foundation of Los Angeles.
