    The route of the visit may be modified depending on the availability of spaces.

    Free entry: 23 April, Night of the Museums, 24 September.

    There are no guided tours on free entry days.

Accessibility

Access

The entrance to the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site is wheelchair accessible. All areas along the visitor route are spacious and accessible.

At the ticket office entrance, there is an information desk where staff provide information about the different rates, opening hours and visitor routes at the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site. Part of the counter is no more than 85 cm high.

Visitor service and gallery staff wear a beige polo shirt and a navy blue jacket and carry an ID badge on a blue lanyard around their neck.

We provide a left-luggage service with 37 × 37 cm lockers. For security reasons, handbags, backpacks or luggage that cannot be stored completely inside these lockers are not permitted inside the Site.

We provide a tactile map to help visitors locate and navigate the spaces included along the visitor route at the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site.

We have installed a hearing loop at the entrance desk and have 10 neckloops available to enable people with hearing loss to enjoy the visit.

By downloading the NaviLens app, visually impaired visitors can find their way around by scanning the 12 NaviLens codes located along the visitor route.

At the ticket office, we provide Braille leaflets for visits in Catalan, Spanish and English.

Only guide and assistance dogs are permitted to enter.

Guided tours

People with a recognised degree of disability of 65% or more, or level 3 dependency, as well as their companions, can book their tickets from Monday to Friday by emailing [email protected] or calling +34 93 511 78 76, where they will be provided with all the necessary information.

Physical accessibility

Access to the different visitor spaces is adapted using ramps and we have elevators with buttons with visual numbering, in braille and in high relief.

We have two loan wheelchairs for visitors who need them. They can be requested free of charge at the entrance counter.

There are possible rest areas both in the interior and exterior spaces of the Modernista Precinct.

The route of the visit is supported by a signaling system that marks the direction of the route as well as by a team of room staff who can be asked for information and assistance at all times.

There are accessible toilets at different points of the visit. We also have baby changing facilities.
