Sant Pau is firmly committed to sharing the architectural, historical and social significance of the Art Nouveau Site among students.
Our aim is to spread the work of one of the main architects of Catalan modernism, Lluís Domènech i Montaner; to share the history of a health institution established more than six centúries ago and to highlight the central role that the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau has played and still plays for the city.
Our Educational Program includes two types of visits:
- Self-guided visit , to explore the site at your own pace, with support materials available.
- Guided tours, to discover the history of the old modernist hospital through a tour with specialized educators.
To complement the educational experience, we offer teaching materials with activities to be carried out before, during and after the visit, designed to work in class and on the site itself. They are available for all educational levels.
Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site is also firmly committed to accessibility. For this reason, the site offers:
- Ramps and lifts that guarantee mobility in all areas.
- Magnetic loop available to follow guided tours.
- Tactile map of all public spaces.
