On the occasion of the commemoration of the Domènech i Montaner year in 2023, the anniversary of the death of this great figure of Catalan culture, and a world reference in modernist architecture along with Antoni Gaudí, a combined ticket with discount is available which allows you to visit the two most emblematic heritage spaces of Lluís Domènech i Montaner: Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site (former Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau) and Palau de la Música Catalana.
In 1997, UNESCO declared Palau de la Música and the former Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau World Heritage for their “exceptional universal value”. Considered as masterpieces of Catalan modernism, their exceptional importance in the contribution of new architectural, typological and artistic solutions is appreciated.
