In accordance with Law 34/2002 on Information Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), in transposition of Directive 2000/31/EC, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of June 8, relating to certain aspects of the services of the information society, and Directive 98/27/CE, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 19, regarding termination actions, it is reported that https://www.santpaubarcelona.org, as well as the rest of the registered domains (.cat, .es, .com, .eu, .net, .info) give access to the Sant Pau Modernista Campus information website, which consists of the dissemination of the Campus and its activity, as well as the sale of tickets to its facilities, and all the information on activities that take place in this space.

This website and all its contents, including texts, images, sounds, videos, databases and any other signs capable of graphic representation, are the property of the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau Private Foundation, owner of the Modernista Precinct de Sant Pau, or have been ceded in favor of the Foundation, and consequently, they cannot be used without prior written authorization from the Foundation.

All this material is protected by intellectual property protection legislation. Its owners reserve the right to take the legally appropriate actions to repair and cease damages caused by any act that violates intellectual property rights on these contents.

Modification

The Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau Private Foundation is the holder of several trademark registrations that protect the images and other distinctive signs, of which the Foundation is the holder, as well as the name Sant Pau Modernista Precinct itself for a wide variety of products and services The Private Foundation is in charge of the commercial exploitation of the aforementioned trademark registrations, both directly and through the granting of licenses to third parties, so any use, by third parties, of them or of any sign is expressly prohibited similar identifier that could lead to confusion about its origin or ownership, without prior written authorization from the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau Private Foundation.

The exploitation, by third parties, of the aforementioned trademark registrations can only be carried out through a contract signed with the Fundació Privada Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, in accordance with the terms and conditions that it deems appropriate.

The unauthorized exploitation of the aforementioned trademark registrations or any other sign that may be identical or similar in any product and/or service may lead to the exercise of legal actions by the Foundation, among which is the of damages.

The capture of images, in any medium, for commercial use is totally prohibited.
