On Saturday, 2 August, the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site will host a new Candlelight Open Air concert, a unique musical experience that combines great works of the classical repertoire with the magical atmosphere created by the light of thousands of candles.

On this occasion, the concert is dedicated to The Four Seasons, one of Antonio Vivaldi’s most celebrated compositions and one of the best-known works of the Baroque repertoire. Through its four violin concertos, the composer recreates the landscapes, sounds and emotions associated with each season of the year, transforming nature into music.

The programme will be completed with a performance of La Folia, one of the Venetian composer’s most virtuosic and popular works.

The concert will be performed by the Musical Sensus String Quartet, offering an immersive experience in an exceptional heritage setting that combines the beauty of classical music with the uniqueness of the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site.
