LIFE Victoria: Simon Keenlyside & Malcolm Martineau
Tuesday, 26 May de 2026 20:00h
One of the most outstanding baritones of his generation, Simon Keenlyside returns to LIFE Victoria alongside Malcolm Martineau, where he has appeared twice before: once at the Palau de la Música Catalana in 2018 and again in 2023 at the recently renamed Sala Victoria de los Ángeles in Les Corts.
He now returns to close this edition of LIFE Victoria, which has evolved from a festival into a concert series, extending its programming throughout the year and consolidating its activity. In Barcelona, Keenlyside left a lasting impression with his performances as Hamlet in Ambroise Thomas’s opera and in the title role of Don Giovanni at the Liceu. His career has taken him to the world’s leading opera houses, delivering performances that have become truly legendary.
Forming this distinguished duo with Martineau, whom he knows well, it is an honour to welcome them for the first time to the exquisite Domènech i Montaner Hall at the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site.
