{"id":4342,"date":"2022-08-30T08:19:38","date_gmt":"2022-08-30T06:19:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/santpaubarcelona.org\/escoles\/"},"modified":"2026-03-27T09:24:55","modified_gmt":"2026-03-27T08:24:55","slug":"escoles","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/santpaubarcelona.org\/en\/escoles\/","title":{"rendered":"Schools"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Sant Pau is firmly committed to sharing the architectural, historical and social significance of the Art Nouveau Site among students.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Our aim is to spread the work of one of the main architects of Catalan modernism, <strong>Llu\u00eds Dom\u00e8nech i Montaner<\/strong>; to share the history of a health institution established more than <strong>six cent\u00faries ago<\/strong> and to highlight the central role that <strong> the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau <\/strong> has played and still plays for the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our <strong>Educational Program<\/strong> includes <strong> two types of visits<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/santpaubarcelona.org\/en\/escoles\/visita-lliure\/\"> Self-guided visit <\/a><\/strong>, to explore the site at your own pace, with support materials available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/santpaubarcelona.org\/en\/escoles\/visita-guiada\/\">Guided tours<\/a><\/strong>, to discover the history of the old modernist hospital through a tour with specialized educators.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To complement the educational experience, we offer <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/santpaubarcelona.org\/en\/teaching-materials\/\">teaching materials<\/a><\/strong> with activities to be carried out before, during and after the visit, designed to work in class and on the site itself. They are available for all educational levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site is also firmly committed to <strong>accessibility<\/strong>.
